Reports on Various Training Programmes Conducted by IMG

1.RECOGNISED USER DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP FOR TNA AND TNA TOOLKIT

The Institute has conducted  a Recongised User development programme on TNA and TNA tool kit during 09-19 May 2005.  As many as 11 participants – faculty members of IMG and sister training institutes, took part in the workshop.  The programme was conducted under the Trainer Development Programme of the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.  Shri. Anjan Chakravarty, Master Trainer, TNA tool kit and Joint Director, Adminstrative Staff College, Assam was the resource person of the workshop.  Two faculty members from IMG were developed as Recognised Users of this package.

As part of the workshop on TNA, training needs analysis of three Public Sector undertakings viz. Kerala State Textile Corporation, Kerala State Poultry Development Corporation and Kerala State Horticulture Development Corporation, were carried out.

The report were presented on the last day of the workshop and the Managing Directors of these organizations, who were present when the report were presented, has agreed to implement the suggestions made in the  report.

The participants of these workshop will carry out training needs analysis of identified departments and on successful completion of these projects they will be recognised as certified TNA consultants.
