FACILITIES
Class Room & Hostel

The Barton Hill training complex is equipped with five A/c classrooms and one major Seminar Hall. The main training complex (situated on the Law College Road, Thiruvananthapuram) houses nine classrooms with state-of-the-art facilities, A/c auditorium and one seminar hall.  The Institute has modern teaching aids which are made use off in training courses. The Institute offers excellent hospitality and has a 80 roomed hostel, which offers accommodation on twin sharing basis. Apart from this the Institute has four Guest Suites.  These facilities are available for nominal rent for other sister organisations.
The Institute is equipped with two canteens, one at the Barton Hill Complex and other at the Main Complex with excellent catering facilities, Sports, Games and Recreation facilities are available for the use of participants.

Computer

The Institute has a well-established Computer Centre to take up computer based training programmes, data processing requirements and consultancy assignments on software development.  The Institute at present has Four modern computer lab of which two are a multi-media lab.  A Desk Top Publishing (DTP) unit with Scanners, Laser Jet Printers and a Risograph (High Speed Scanner Printer) make an excellent support system for large volume publishing.

Library

With a well-equipped library and state-of-the-art training aids and facilities, the Institute provides an ideal training locale. The Institute Library has a collection of more than 20,000 books and 125 periodicals.  Most of the books are from the areas of Management and Training
