2. Formulated a comprehensive project proposal for the Rajeev Gandhi Rural Water supply and Sanitation project (The project was allotted to IMG with a financial outlay of Rs. 12 crore)
3. Involved in the preparation of Joint Forestry Management/Participatory Forest Management Policy for the Department of Forest and Wild Life, Government of Kerala.
4. Done a comprehensive Trainign Needs Analysis for the Department of Food and Civil Supplies, Government of Kerala.
5. Working as Nodal Officer for the UNDP assisted Project on Strengthening of Statistical System in the State.
6. Working in a research project on Social Assessment of ICDS project

1. Was National Level Anchor person for the Module on Project Management (A UNDP project on Capacity Building for State Training Institutes – Developed and Validated the Module at a National workshop)
